Overall impression of cover materials and chair assembly was good. Only one part was difficult to assemble - the Step 4 needs two people to put it together. This chair has no height adjustable system. Chair reclining position need to be set manualy and by screw which need to tighten after seting reclining angle. I bought this recliner to assist in my knee replacement comfort. The only downside is sometimes I feel like I have to keep pushing back to remain in a totally reclined position additionally, if you are looking for a wrap you up squishy comfort -this is not your chair-it does the job and is easy on the eyes.
