Wine vault came well packaged with no damage. Delivered to room of choice with no issues but you have to unpack it yourself. Vault is quiet and cooled 100 bottles to 55f overnight. Seems like a really good purchase so far. My only issue was I wasn’t really offered choice of delivery date /time.. luckily it all worked for me.. Walter. Florence, AZ. Tue Jun 02 2026

Enjoy the perfect glass of wine, chilled to perfection, with this spacious, freestanding wine refrigerator. This refrigerator maintains ideal temperatures using its compressor-based cooling system. The sleek design boasts a see-through door, allowing you to showcase your collection. Easily adjust the temperature to your liking with the intuitive touch screen controls and bask in the ambiance provided by soft interior lighting.

Delivered a day sooner than expected and it works great! Gets down to 40 degrees which many can’t do. One thing to note is you can’t take off the wine bottle display holder so if not using for wine (we are using for soda, water) then you have one shelf that isn’t useable but you can remove it. Great value for the price.. Alexi. Phoenix, AZ. Sun May 26 2024

So far, pretty happy with my wine cooler. It is very quiet when refrigeration turns on. Only negative at this point is the cramped spacing when you have two layers of bottles on one shelf…which is necessary to be able to load 90 bottles. So cramped, that when you pull the drawer out, the drawer above pulls out as well.. Carole. Pleasant Hill, CA. Thu Aug 20 2026

Ordered this fridge. Worked for one week and then stopped working. Temperature stuck at 64. Customer service with Wayfair was also poor since they agreed to refund/replace but would not take the damaged unit away. I chose the refund, but I’m now stuck with a wine fridge that doesn’t work and I have to hire someone to remove it and dispose of it. Entirely unacceptable.. Anirudh. NY. Sun Oct 04 2026
