Love this set. As easy to install as you’d expect. There was some odd assembly bits like the holes on the back of the chairs not aligning to each other in insert the screws but the sides did so they’re still sturdy. Another drawback was there were thousands of tiny black beads inside the hollow parts of the metal and got EVERYWHERE when assembling in my house. UNBOX ASSEMBLE OUTSIDE!!!! Not sure where these came from but assuming they’re factory manufacturing plant. Aside from those drawbacks, I felt this set was still good looking and comfortable enough. These chairs are just what I was looking for! They are good looking, solid and well made. They are quite comfortable and the pillows have a nice firmness. They do come with adjusters on the bottom of the legs. Putting them together was simple, but have to admit having a 2nd person help hold in place, while adding screws made the job go faster. Also to make it easier on yourself, follow instructions on putting the pillow covers on when taking the pillows out of the vacuum sealed packets. The pillows do expand to completely fill the covers.. These chairs are comfortable, sturdy and swivel and glide easily. They were assembled by a Wayfair tech who had no issues. For the price, you're getting a lot of furniture that is really nice (in person). It's comfortable and is just what we were looking for. I had originally been deadset on Sunbrella, but this style was what I wanted so my thought is - I can use these cushion covers (which are nice) until they are no longer usable and can always swap them with Sunbrella - but at a fraction of the cost. I was furious that Fedex lost these for well over a week (4 big boxes!) and Wayfair offered me nothing for the trouble - but I won't take a star away from this item for that, it's not the items fault..
