No Box Spring Required: Our platform bed features 10 strong wooden slats that support your mattress directly, eliminating the need for a box spring.

I ordered this bed for my elderly aunt and paid an additional fee to have it assembled, thinking it would all happen in one encounter. Delivery and assembly has always occurred on the same day with previous furniture orders from Wayfair, why the inconvenient change? The bed was delivered two days prior to the assembly service and I had to struggle, with help from the elderly neighbors in my aunt’s senior residence to bring the heavy box upstairs to her apartment on the fourth floor. It was a nightmare, I am sore and extremely disappointed with this disjointed “service”.. Zakiya. IL. Sun Aug 30 2026
