They were so, so nice. But I must have missed the branding on these (belffin), so they were not compatible with my sofa. They were so soft and plush. I did ultimately return them to my local wayfair outlet store. Stacia. Sumter, SC. Mon May 18 2026

It’s a cute couch but definitely not worth 1,000. It is easy to put together, seems sturdy, I like how the pieces click in together. However it’s too low to the ground for my liking. Also the pillows that come with the couch are cheap looking. Anonymous. Wed Sep 16 2026

I like it, don’t love it. The slip cover is my favorite - it’s a thick linen and soft and really exceeded expectations there. It was really easy to put together. It’s not super, super comfortable like it’s pretty firm and the base has springs in it so it’s kind of hard and bouncy almost. The pillows are fine - way too big for the pillow covers that come with it but they technically fit. Id consider replacing the inserts. Overall, it’s fine. I like the look and the fabric, I wish it was more comfortable.. Madeline. Chicago, IL. Fri Aug 28 2026

Love my sectional. I was a little worried when people in the reviews said it was hard. Not hard at all. It was stiff as it is new but it will break in with time. We have had it up a couple of days still loving it. One thing it suggested when it arrives take and open all your sear and back cushions a day or two before you plan on setting it up so they can completely expane.. Marlena. La Porte, TX. Product arrived in 2 different packages, one arrived about 3 days after the other. Can be important to know for time management purposes. The sofa is very comfortable, the cushions are nice and plump enough to feel like you are sinking into them. For the price, it’s definitely worth it. I would say that the assembly wasn’t the best though, some of the wooden framing hindered certain screws and bolts from actually being screwed in all the way. I needed to use a drill bit to kind of widen the hole a bit, which worked, but it shouldn’t have been necessary. ComfortablyPrice Ratio is what warrants the 4 star rating.. Chris. Sat Oct 03 2026

I loved the couch when it was correctly put together. Unfortunately, the first couch that was sent, the brackets weren't the right ones, making it impossible to connect. The second couch that came had the same issue, so I had to swap the brackets around till it fit. Besides that, I loved the couch very comfy and exactly what I was wanting.. Anonymous. Sun Sep 27 2026
