This chair is beautiful, comfortable, and brilliant in the ways that you have various settings. Just sitting in it like in the first picture, it’s very comfortable. Then you have a choice of raising the headrest up while just sitting in it, or raise the head rest up and recline. We searched for ten minutes for the remote, before found control buttons on left side of seat cushion , so no remote to lose. The fabric is lovely, I chose the white and love it! Wow, this recliner is amazing! The zero-gravity is my favorite feature. You can feel its quality top grain leather, and the perforated center area is great if you are hot natured. Overall, the shipment box of the chair itself is heavy, so I opened the box and took out the backrest first before bringing it into the house. There are two color coordinated cords from the backrest that connect to the two cords on the base of the chair. The power adapter plugs into the upper right back side. The cords placement is well designed so they wouldnt get accidentally pinched while operating the chair. There is storage under each armrest. The two metal cup holders do lift up and can be removed for cleaning. Once I set the chair up and moved it into the zero gravity, I literally took a nap, that shows the comfort I felt as I typically have lower back pain all the way down to my sacrum. Im 5 foot 3 inches, and when seated, before reclining, my heels are 2 inches from the ground. My mom had hip replacement surgery, so I would always offer her this chair so that her hips are above knee level. I cant recommend this recliner enough. Nice comfy chair, the movable headrest is great feature as well as the hidden cup holders. One of our chairs arrived with some damage to the leather. Hopefully they will take care of this. The only other complaint is the price went down twice within 3 days and they would not give me the price adjustment (would have been almost a $200 savings)and the chairs had not been delivered yet. Also I prepared to be avaliable for the scheduled delivery time and waited all day before receiving a notice the delivery was delayed. This chair is perfect for me. I am very pleased with the process! Delivery was very smooth, and customer service was excellent. Previously, I ordered 2 identical chairs. My husband loves his but was too large for me. Went to local store to look at chairs. Found a Lazy boy chair I had seen on Wayfair. Price at Wayfair was less than local store with free delivery. Local store was charging $150.00 for delivery. Plus, Wayfair gave a discount to cover the cost of pickup, package and delivery for the returned chair. First time using Wayfair, bought two of these chairs for our living room and they are spectacular. I was shocked how comfortable they were with all of the neat features. I haven't had a recliner in years and years. This chair puts my body into different positions that really improves circulation and makes my back feel great. The massage, heat and all of the different things these chairs do are spectacular. I did a ton of research before buying and decided to go with Flexsteel because of their sterling reputation for building furniture that lasts. These chairs are about the most spectacular I've ever experiences. They remind me of the luxury spa chairs on cruise ships but these chairs have way more features. We're very happy with our purchase.
