Just use the lever-style locks on the two left wheels and the car won't roll or shift. Campaign Hardware: The handles on this cart are an appealing aged black, and feature flush-hanging, campaign-style pulls that automatically swing out of the way when they're not needed. No more snagging clothes on errant knobs or handles - the smooth front adds another dimension of appeal to the overall style of this piece. This cabinet looks great. It is nice and sturdy. It does have to be assembled which took me about an hour and a half. The other drawback for me was the gaps between the drawers and that they aren’t sealed so dust and bugs can get in. I obviously knew this before purchasing but really liked the looks of this cabinet so purchased it instead of something else. Fits latex paints great. I added apothecary handles on it. Anonymous.
