Wow! This sofa is better than expected! It’s much larger in person. I ordered it specifically because it had deep seeds and a tall back. We have a very tall family, and I thought that this would be a good fit for us. I was correct. The cushions are very thick and the fabric is soft and of good quality. I am over all pleased with this sofa, it is comfortable and I like the color and fabric. The quality is good. I rated 4 stars because I only wish the back cushions sat up a bit higher, I have only had it for about 2 weeks and already the back cushions are sinking down much lower than the back where the nail studs are. I selected this sofa because I prefer a high back, but I want the top of the cushions to sit just below the line of nail studs as pictured. I think I may try some velcro and attach the cushions to the back, I don't like that they are loose, I wish they were attached. As far as the delivery, a giant box was carried into the house, not opened, no assistance with that. It took two people to open it and the sofa was more than a dozen pieces. It literally had to be built. There was no explanation about that. You would assume that it would be the sofa, ottoman and cushions, but OH NO, it was the legs, the arms the back, the seat. NOTHING was put together. It's a good thing I like the finished product or between the delay in receiving it and being in a dozen pieces I would give this negative stars. Holy smokes! We love our new couch. We picked the Antic Jade color and find it very pleasing. This couch is SO well made. The fabric feels incredibly soft, smooth, and cooling. My household is in agreement that the couch is firm-supportive, so we aren’t sinking in, but still super comfy. In fact, I took a three hour nap on it the day it was delivered. Its smart. Thats the word that comes to mind. Instead of an empty armrest one armrest has shelving unit and the other arm rest stores 2 stools. Perfect! plus the lounge holds a lot. I am not all about the solid colors that are available I would have to say my only thing I would change would be to upgrade the materials. It is structurally very sound and Sturdy, great setup. I would like the option of a multicolor Upholstery and a thicker wood frame. Super sturdy attractive modern Great for storage.I will say it is very hard it is not soft and cozy.
