This is a great futon style mattress. The frame is not included and I did not buy a frame for it but it comes with the slots so a frame can easily slide through the cover. Very soft and comfortable. You really dont notice its there while sleeping, and it does a great job filling the gap between split mattresses. The only minor downside is if one side of the adjustable bed is raised and the other isnt, it can shift a little—but thats expected with split adjustable beds, not a flaw with the product. This mattress topper is great! I absolutely love that it has straps on all four corners that hold it on top of the bed mattress so that it does not slide. It has held its shape over the course of the past month and provides the bed with extra comfort. It is a bit more on the firmer side, but does get a little softer with more frequent use.
