If I could give a 4.5, I would. I ordered the outer closet system tower for a really low price in September 2019 and it was supposed to have the drawers (was listed with them). I am embarrassed to admit, but the 2 boxes sat unopened until Christmas 2021 when my cousin visited from Cali and offered to assemble for me. That is when I realized the drawers were missing. After a lot of stalking Wayfair for the drawers (which were out of stock) and several customer service emails and calls from December 2021 through August 2022, finally got the 3 drawers here. There were some problems, but Wayfair refunded my purchase price for the tower and gave me a discount so I could buy the drawers at a reasonable price. 3 years later, I finally have this "armoire" assembled and am pleased. I did struggle with the drawer pulls initially and will give this tip in case others experience the same. Use a flat head screw driver to gently separate the piece that needs to be removed. Took me several hours to put these together as the instructions are all pics and I was being very cautious to check everything prior to assembly. Also used a phillips screw driver only, which was slow going, but I feel better using on composite wood so as to not damage the pieces. At the end of the day, these are nicely made and solid drawers with a nice weight. The aren't as perfectly aligned as I would like. More ways to install and use spaces and walls of different widths, while having more usable space, 6 oversized drawers can accommodate more sundries. 3. 14 shelves including multi-layer bag display shelves make the shape more beautiful and make it easier to build a private wardrobe. 4. The open clothes hanging rod can hang more clothes at the same time, and it will not cause problems such as mold in the clothes due to the closed space. 5. This system was installed for me by a renovation crew working on my new home. I am told that it was easy to assemble and appears to be spacious and sturdy. However, it is not trimmable and was slightly too wide for the space; the website says it can be cut to fit. This closet system makes very creative use of space. It’s the only system I found that accommodates for a dressing table in a reach in closet. I absolutely love it!!! There are a few very important details to note here prior to purchasing. When installing this system, you will want to install it at the height stated in the instructions as the “ minimum length from floor to unit.” If you install it any higher, the dressing table will probably be too tall to put a stool there and get ready at a comfortable height. Do note that in doing this height, the hanging length for clothes you will have on the bottom rod is the minimum suggested (36”). If you are somebody who is tall with long clothes, this may not be the best fit for you. For me it is just right. Also be aware that for hanging space to be on both sides of the main dressing table unit, you need to have a wall on each side. If you have a long double closet opening without a wall in between this could present an issue. Lastly, all of the weight is obviously supported by the wall. In order to mount into the studs, we had to drill additional holes to get both the support from the studs, as well as positioning the closet system in a way that made the best use of space. I chose not to use the provided mirror and got a LED style bathroom mirror that lights up instead. All in all this is a great closet system at a great price. The drawer slides are a one roller front and one roller rear and while they work, they are noisy, a little rough, and when the drawer is pulled out, the drawers make a good thump when it hits the stops. I thought I knew my measurements before I ordered this closet organizer and it turns out it is a little big for the closet. And once its assembled, what are you going to do? We will make it work.. Oh my gosh I LOVE this corner closet! We converted one of our spare bedrooms into a closet and this was the perfect addition!
