I liked these chairs, they are very firm which makes them a bit uncomfortable but not too much. Love the design as they're a dupe for a much more expensive chair. The only thing I don't love is the fabric in the back that covers the screws, they could've done a better job, also the stitching in some parts it's not great. My original complaint: I ordered two sets of two chairs for a total of 4 chairs. Just the 4 upper chairs without legs or hardware were in the two boxes. they are useless as delivered! Upon complaining to Wayfair, the rep sent my complaint back to the factory. It turns out that the legs and hardware and an Allen key for each chair were concealed in a zippered compartment under the seat. This took a long time; Wayfair should've known the solution to the problem when I first contacted customer service. Love the look of these chairs and how sturdy they are. Definitely heavy which makes them feel more expensive. The padded seat isn't the most comfortable however, it's very firm.
