Perfect! This chair worked out for us so well I bought a 2nd. I tried out a similar looking chair in the furniture store that was about 2000. The 2k chair was definitely more cushy comfortable but the look is the same. This chair is a little firm but is wide , deep and back support high enough to be comfortable. The assembly wasnt as easy as some upholstery chairs Ive purchased but it wasnt complicated. I ended up turning the chair over and putting part of it on my sofa to attach the back. I’m giving 4 stars for the customer service not the product. I bought the chairs in the walnut color, but they look nothing like the photos online. They are very orange and I was expecting a medium to dark brown. Additionally, if anything touches the seat it’s going to immediately stain and there is no cleaning them and they smell like chemicals. I went to process the return online but it wanted to charge me $100. I called customer service and asked them to please waive the charge for my return since the product was drastically different from what is advertised and they honored it. I wouldn’t suggest this product but will continue to purchase from wayfair because of my positive experience. It's a decent chair. Not bad, but not exceptional either. Pro: It looks very nice, and is made of solid wood. Con: The chair, while made of solid wood, creaks ever so slightly when I sit on it. Now, I'm not worried about myself breaking it, as I only weigh 135lbs. But if I was significantly heavier... I wonder how long it would last. Overall: at time of writing, I reviewed the various options, and this was the nicest quality chair on Wayfair in this price range and in the finish that I wanted.
