Very easy to assemble. You will need a helper to attach the arch to the posts. Only one minor issue. Where the bottom hinge attaches to the rail, two adjacent screws conflicted with one another. Remedied by using one shorter screw. Absolutely love this gated arbor and highly recommend it.. Roland. Honesdale, PA. Sun Sep 13 2026

Our gate is fully forged, which is thicker and heavier than most iron gates on the market. This garden gate is fully submerged in galvanizing compound and then powder coated to be rust free and last for generations even in the dampest environment. This gate also comes with a bolt hinge for quick lock and mounting posts for easy installation. This gate is a great combination of strength and affordable price!

It is really pretty. Wasn’t hard to assemble. Unfortunately the latch situation others have described in their reviews are true. The latch must have been put on backwards because the gate will NOT stay shut. Any little breeze will open it. I’ll have to figure out a latch that will match it and actually keep it closed. It’s also not very stable so I put small square blocks inside each post to keep it in place. I like it but am disappointed.. Loui. NV. Sun Mar 24 2024

Putting it together was simple to understand but not all of the pieces were aligned and it took some work. This could have been due to unevenness of the ground? Smaller than what I was expecting, even with reviewing dimensions. Overall I am happy with my purchase. We will be staking this down to ensure it does not blow over in a heavy storm and plan on removing 1 side of slates to plant a climbing rose in ground (they are not removable. They need to be cut out mechanically). The doors on the columns are really nice and it would be easy to put decor or pots in the column.. Courtney. Wyandotte, MI. Fri Oct 09 2020
