I am beyond disappointed with the abysmal quality of the furniture I purchased from Wayfair, hands-down the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. The product arrived in such a deplorable state that calling it “furniture” feels generous—it’s practically falling apart! During assembly, parts were disintegrating, with wood dust spilling from holes and cracks splitting open right before my eyes. A single glitch I could’ve tolerated, but this entire piece is an absolute wreck, unfit for use. To make matters worse, Wayfair’s customer service was a complete disaster. After raising a ticket and calling their support line, all I got was a pathetic email offering a measly 25 discount to keep this junk. Are they serious This is an insult, not a solution.
