This is another one of those things that I loved when I saw it and then saw it again...and again. So I finally got it! So happy with it. It is absolutely perfect in the room I got it for. Do note that the lamp comes with plenty of cord and chain to hang it from a higher ceiling. I have a standard height ceiling in the room pictured and installed the lamp by using just the chain lock connector that came with the supplied chain. It worked beautifully, with the lamp not hanging too low in the room for my preference when installed this way. The metal finish on this is very nice as are all of the glass pieces. Installation was pretty straightforward, with the part that took the longest being attaching the glass pieces to the frame. That was actually very easy though--there were just quite a few glass pieces. I really love this addition and am so happy I decided to get it! It is beautiful.. Natalie. Newcastle, WA. We were a little confused that you just have to flip the shade upside down from how it is packaged in the shipping. The chandelier is a manufactured antique brass so as long as you are expecting that for this price, it is a fabulous deal! It’s got a great blend of traditional or transitional look to it. The shades are a waxed fabric and feel a lot like a heavy duty paper. You will likely need to expect that. In love with the way this chandelier turned out. It’s perfect for our sunroom. Very pleased with this purchase! The light fixture arrived quickly and was exactly as pictured. The only issue we had was that the hanging bars included were either too long or too short for our ceiling height. We were able to request an extra one of the shorter bars, which fixed the issue perfectly. Customer service was excellent and their response was quick, and getting the extra bar was super easy. We were also able to follow the included instructions, along with a quick video guide, and had the fixture installed in about 30 minutes.
