I love the look, unfortunately didn’t realize until after an electrician installed, one of the conduits was cracked/missing. Purchased the insurance policy “after the fact”, attempted to file a claim & was denied because they said it was covered under manufacturer warranty. A one hour call w/Wayfair, explaining I did not want a new chandelier because already spent $300 on electrician. Wayfair said they would send a replacement part.
