Amylah Upholstered Daybed

In the fast - paced life, we always long for a corner where our body and mind can slow down. This velvet daybed is like a life companion who understands your needs . With its soft velvet touch and a calm and advanced color tone, when placed in the living room, it becomes an exclusive space for a lazy afternoon of reading newspapers and taking a nap; when placed in the guest room, it can transform into a comfortable bed, providing a warm sleeping experience for guests.

We love it! The velvet material is soft and cozy. We found a matching grey fitted sheet and zippered pillowcases to help pull it together to make it look more like a couch. I love that it can instantly be transformed to a guest bed. My ten year old daughter helped me assemble it in an evening. It’s what we needed for our space. Note we purchased an 8 inch mattress from Wayfair as well so it would look like a couch. A thicker mattress would be too tall for the look of a couch.. B Lou. Black Hills, SD. Mon Jul 06 2026

This bed is great!!! Really nice soft buttery suedish material. Didn’t take long at all to put together, maybe an hour The shelves on the side are so useful and makes it so that you don’t need a side table which is great for smaller spaces. The brown isn’t very dark. The drawer underneath is a little annoying and gets bumped out of place but I’m ok with it.. Aleksandra. Wood Ridge, NJ. Thu Oct 08 2026

Previously I have only purchased rugs from Wayfair, which I have always loved. I had never purchased any furniture. I was looking for a daybed and found one that I liked, so I bought it. Being a female in my 70’s, I was worried about the assembly. I considered paying to have someone put it together but my son said he would do it, so I didn’t purchase that. My son got very busy when the daybed arrived so it was just sitting in the box. Then I decided to start to read the directions and before you know it, I had assembled the bed all by myself. The two drawers were in flat pieces which also were extremely easy to put together. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, even for an amateur like me. Thanks Wayfair!. Maryann. Poway, CA.
