I've had this chaise/sectional going on two years now. For the most part, it has held up pretty well and looks good in my apartment. However, the MAJOR issue I have with the product is it's advertised as being faux leather. But when it arrived, the material was definitely not faux leather--but more like a faux suede. I specifically wanted a leather-like material because suede material is more delicate than leather and requires a lot to keep clean, especially during times of high use. That said, I decided to keep it anyway, because it does look good and I didn't feel like going through the process to send it back. It is easy to clean, though, when there is a spill or dirt gets on it. Spills and dirt do come out completely without leaving a stain. I use a rag and fabric cleaner. But the caveat to consider is I'm rather religious about cleaning it as soon as any spills and whatnot get on it. Plus, I don't have any kids or pets. Be careful about ordering this couch! I ordered Grey and Wayfair sent me the white one. The photos in the listing were reversed meaning the picture showing for grey was for the white one. I called them and the sales rep said they go by the words not the photo - and she even placed the order for the grey one, but the white one showed up. When I talked to someone about replacing it they said they couldn't gurantee if I ordered it again what color I would get - so I ordered a different sectional. I can't comment on quality - as we got as far as opening the box and seeing it was white. Return also took three calls to get it right. I've ordered for several addresses in the past - and when I checked the return labels they were for a different address than where they had to shipped this sofa to. The only reason I’m getting rid of it now is because my cats unfortunately tore up the sides despite my attempts to protect it. Lesson learned — I also wish I had purchased the insurance. One thing to note is that liquids can seep through the fabric. When my cat had an accident, some of it went through even though I cleaned it quickly. Also, removing the cushion covers from the back of the pillows can be a bit difficult. Overall, I really did enjoy this couch and would buy it again if I didn’t have cats. I love the color of this couch. It’s what I was thinking. Assembly was pretty easy. It came in three huge boxes that were pretty heavy. It was mostly just putting the feet on them. I was doing it by myself and found it was easier to connect the pieces together with someone else as they are very heavy. As far as comfort, the couch could use some work in that department. It’s very stiff. We’ve only had it a few days so it might just need to be broken in. But as of right now it’s pretty hard to sit on. The lay down feature is very nice and great to watch movie and spread out. My husband is 5’10 and he’s too tall for it. I’m 5’5 and it’s just about the right height for me. When the portion is not out, it’s not super comfy to just sit and watch tv. I think it’s good for the price point and because it’s just the two of us. This would not work for a large family. Surprised. I bought a faux leather sofa last year and returned the following day. It was hard and uncomfortable to sit on, not to mention, to lay on. It was also very low to the ground. This isnt. It is firm for sure but I am finding it very comfortable no matter which way I turn, sit or lay, whether legs are up or down or just one leg is up. Makes my place look cool and more sophisticated..
