When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. As a sixtyish old lady, it was easy to put together. I installed it myself and didn’t think it was too heavy. I absolutely love the color. It is quite firm, but I’m sure it will soften as time goes by. I have two cats and it’s really easy to pick up the cat hair. I think it was an excellent price for the couch and very happy with it..
