Toilets don't ship well but wayfair makes it right. Paying and picking up at home. Very heavy item. Which I don't understand since they will lose out on money. They don't have you return it when clearly broken and going to recycling or trash. It is good toilet and price but doesn't ship well. I purchased this to replace a 30+ year old Braun coffeemaker that was still in great shape and working well until there was a tragic carafe accident. After looking at many different brands and models I came back to this Braun model for its design and compact size to fit in my kitchen cabinet when not being used.
