Came in missing parts. The he sofa was missing the side brackets to slide the side piece on. The company immediately sent out the brackets. Problem was, we were unable to get them on there perfectly so we just left it off. Pros: good manufacture to purchase from, the quality it good, and when sitting on it as a chair it’s comfortable. Cons: the reclining part I'm not impressed with. When you recline it as far as it goes, it’s not for tall people (meaning over 5’7”) your feet overhang. The color, size and material of this sectional are great. The one cushion did come with a tear in it however the seller responded to my report quickly and sent out a replacement. I will say that putting it together was a little difficult. There is a lip on all the pieces next to the brackets that make it hard to line up and slide in. We found that if you put the piece on its side it slid together easier. It is also very comfortable. Assembly was straightforward, but it still took about an hour and a half to complete. The seating surface feels semi‑firm due to the internal spring structure. Adding an extra inch or two of high‑density cold foam would have noticeably improved softness and overall comfort. The edges of the each sofa modules include pre‑drilled holes with metal fixtures that lock the sections together securely and prevent separation. This is a useful design choice however, applying the same connection system to the ottomans would have made alternative sectional layouts much more stable and practical. Overall, the build quality is solid, but if you prefer a sofa you can sink into for extra comfort—especially for lounging or watching TV—this model may not be the best fit.. Ryan. New Jersey. Very happy with this purchase. It’s good quality and arrived all in one piece. The only assembly was to screw on the feet. I ordered the green color and was a little surprised by the subtle blackgrey thread undertone that doesn’t really cone across in photos, but it ended up giving the ottoman depth and texture than if it had been all one color..
