I ordered this and returned it before it was installed because it has small holes for the spray and no rubber tips. Our water is hard and I need rubber tips, otherwise it would mean that I would have to frequently soak it in vinegar water to remove the scale. I don't like it when you're forced to unfairly rate something that affects the overall score of the item. If you don't live in a hard water area it might be great for you. It's four stars because some of it is plastic. This unit is not all metal but it still functions and works really well. One important thing to note is that the handheld wand is activated by a manual lever behind the shower head.
