This set looks great out of the packaging. While the use of plastic for most of these pieces feels cheap, it's standard with almost all brands at this price point. I can’t explain how great this shower head is. It has a comfort feature that doesn’t allow the water to get too hot when the toilet flushes. The handheld piece is easy to put back in its place. It's four stars because some of it is plastic. This unit is not all metal but it still functions and works really well. One important thing to note is that the handheld wand is activated by a manual lever behind the shower head. I wanted something with a unique look, that was high quality, and not expensive. I am happy to report I did not have to compromise! The Venetian bronze is so pretty (see drain for color texture). Water flows fast and smoothly. I appreciate that Delta makes everything in this color (towel rack, TP holder, etc.) so all of my “unique” colored items will match.
