A saute pan scores high points for versatility. They have a larger surface area so you can fit lots of ingredients, stir them or toss them around, and have them cook evenly. Meanwhile, their straight sides are not too short or too tall, keeping oils from splattering and foods from flying out of the pan, so there’s less to clean after. As part of our Copper Core collection, this saute pan features a thick copper core, 2 layers of aluminum, and 2 layers of stainless steel. This unique construction makes it ultra-responsive to heat, disperses heat evenly, and creates unmatched, long-lasting durability. For an added touch of elegance, it has a polished surface and a cutout that shows off that lustrous copper. It’s large enough to cook for a small gathering or the family and has enough for leftovers. The Stock Pot is constructed from 5 layers of metal for heightened durability and conductivity, so pasta water goes from room temperature to a rolling boil in just minutes. Its 360-degree clad also improves heat circulation, so cooking is more consistent whether you’re blanching, canning, or making stock. The 5-ply construction cleans up in seconds, because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes. Two looped handles and an angled rim make transport and ptheing simple, while a tight-fitting lid traps steam to accelerate the boil and lock in flavor."

The pot is really nice. It is a quality product that does everything it needs to and excels at it. However, the size pictured on here might be misleading, as well as the fact that two pots of differing sizes are pictured. I'm not a professional cook, or accomplished amateur, but I do cook regularly, and I prefer cooking on stainless steel as opposed to non-stick. This is a solidly made 8 inch frying pan, that feels like it will last forever. It's perfect size for when you don't need to use a larger frying pan. It's a little heavier than what I was expecting, but overall very happy with the purchase.. Bobf. Philadelphia, PA. Sun Sep 27 2026
