All Clad Copper Core 15 Piece Set

Bilaminated copper stainless steel. Polished copper outside 90% - Stainless steel inside 10%.

This is an absolutely beautiful cooking collection. I was truly impressed with its quality.. Kenneth. Alexandria, VA. Sat May 09 2026

A saute pan scores high points for versatility. They have a larger surface area so you can fit lots of ingredients, stir them or toss them around, and have them cook evenly. Meanwhile, their straight sides are not too short or too tall, keeping oils from splattering and foods from flying out of the pan, so there’s less to clean after. As part of our Copper Core collection, this saute pan features a thick copper core, 2 layers of aluminum, and 2 layers of stainless steel. This unique construction makes it ultra-responsive to heat, disperses heat evenly, and creates unmatched, long-lasting durability. For an added touch of elegance, it has a polished surface and a cutout that shows off that lustrous copper. It’s large enough to cook for a small gathering or the family and has enough for leftovers. Bonded, engineered, and assembled in the USA. Backed by All-Clad's limited lifetime warranty.

Absolutely gorgeous. Expertly crafted. Cooks evenly and cleans up easily.. Anonymous. Amelia, OH. Wed Sep 09 2026

Made in France. Mauviel is the leading cookware manufacturer for professional and household chefs throughout the world.

Revered by chefs worldwide, copper is recognized as one of the most efficient metals to cook with due to the exceptional heat transfer and control that copper provides. Copper cookware is an essential tool for creating amazing sauces and reductions as well as delicate preparations that require exacting temperatures like many desserts. Copper responds to temperature changes quickly, allowing you to adjust cooking temperature on the fly with faster results than other metals. The Viking 4-ply Contemporary Copper Cookware modernizes cooking with copper by adding an induction capable cooking base; traditional copper was not induction compatible. To make the pan induction capable, we grind the copper off the bottom of the pan, exposing the stainless steel layer. The multi-ply clad construction transfers heat efficiently across the bottom of the pan as well as up the sides. The exterior copper layer provides exceptional temperature control. The unexposed core is stainless steel and aluminum to transfer the heat quickly and evenly throughout the pan. The interior cooking surface is a non-reactive surgical grade 304 stainless steel which will not react with the acids in your food or impart a metal taste. The set includes domed metal lids that help lock in flavor as you steam or braise. The dome shaped lid helps the condensation fall back into the pan, keeping your food moist during cooking. The interior of the saucepan, sauté pan, and stockpot feature convenient measurement marking to allow you to add water without having to use a separate measuring cup. Signature Viking handles are solid cast from stainless steel and feature a heat break to help the handles stay cooler during use. They will get hotter during use when using a gas stove, so we always recommend using protection when touching cookware that has been heated. Viking Contemporary Copper is durable for stovetop use, functional enough to finish or cook dishes in the oven to 600°F and elegant enough to take to the table for serving. We recommend hand washing to maintain the luster of your cookware. Love. The biggest pan has gotten a lot of use. It does seem to have some discoloration but in its defense it did get used on high on a gas stove which is discouraged in the literature. That relative is now delegated to egg and potato peeling exclusively.. Kelley. Memphis Tn. Wed Sep 16 2026
