I am delighted with the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Triple Ply Saucepan with Cover! It is a good, heavy pan that holds heat well and cleans up well. After burning the inexpensive pots I previously used to make oatmeal each morning, I replaced them with the Cuisinart and the difference is marked. I have not used it on heat higher than the medium setting on my gas stove and I am using only wooden utensils inside the pot. It has cooked beautifully with no hot spots. Im super excited about this stainless steel pots and pans I took days to decide on which stuff that I wanted, but Im new to stainless steel and after multiple reviews and research I chose this and Im glad I did. They seem to be very good quality heavy duty pretty sturdy, not lightweight, but not too heavy not like cast-iron but there Hefty and thats what I need. I havent used them yet, but I will be cooking with them tonight and I will update my reviews as time goes on, but if youre looking for a good quality, sturdy stainless steel set of pots and pans I think this is a way to go and the priceis a fraction of some higher ones that compare and the quality so thank you again for another great product. This was only my only for 2+months when I was moving. You can really cook anything in it. I cooked 2 meals a day during that time and it still looks brand new 6 months later. This pan is awesome, I was cooking some chicken gizzards, forgot to check on them sand when I remembered they had burned and stuck to the pan.
