I like that it’s reusable and feels sturdy, so it should last a long time compared to using parchment paper. The small ridges also help with air circulation, so food still comes out crispy. I cooked a whole 6 lb. chicken in the Instant Pot, drained off the cooking juices and added the Air Fryer lid and pot it on 400 degrees for 15 min.
