The mat is a great addition to my kitchen tools. It fits nicely in my air fryer basket, keeps food from sticking, and makes cleanup much easier. I like that it’s reusable and feels sturdy, so it should last a long time compared to using parchment paper. The small ridges also help with air circulation, so food still comes out crispy. The only downside is that it can be a little tricky to clean if grease gets into the circles. Still, it works really well overall and has definitely made air frying less messy.. Janelle.
