This bed is great! We wanted something with extra storage for our son and this was perfect! The cubbies at the end are great for books, shoes or toys. Previously I have only purchased rugs from Wayfair, which I have always loved. I had never purchased any furniture. I was looking for a daybed and found one that I liked, so I bought it. Being a female in my 70’s, I was worried about the assembly. I considered paying to have someone put it together but my son said he would do it, so I didn’t purchase that. My son got very busy when the daybed arrived so it was just sitting in the box. Then I decided to start to read the directions and before you know it, I had assembled the bed all by myself. It's a beautiful bed. Material is a soft misty grey, with a suede feel. Went together and installed in room in approximately 2 hours. Everything needed to put it together was in one of the two boxes that came. Arrived with a damaged box, but well packed and bed was undamaged. Drawers are on casters and easy to use. They hold quite a bit of items as well. Shelves are great and eliminate the need for a bulky nightstand beside the bed. Support system of the bed is slats of wood attached to a ribbon of material that rolled up easily. No complaints from the bed user on comfort or noise of bed. When I received it and put it together it had a big stain on the headboard. Not sure what it is but it looks soiled. I called Wayfair and they gave me a portion of my money back. I was happy with that because the stain remover that I had to buy was costly. I used it and it worked to a point. The stain wasn’t as dark. I could use pillows to cover it.
