I like the customizable shelves. I absolutely love this pantry! It has given me so much extra storage and helped me organize my kitchen. The cabinets hold a surprising amount, and the bookcase shelves are perfect for displaying some of my favorite dishes and décor. It has a clean, high-end look that makes my kitchen feel much more put together. Assembly took some time, but the finished product was well worth it. The only thing I would mention is that the drawers could use a little extra support, especially if you plan to store heavier items in them.
