These chairs have: arms, nice width on the seat, decent back support, decent cushion, upholstery that's easy to clean, and who knew that I needed the swivel...but that's the icing on the cake so to speak. Assembly was easy. These are comfortable. They wipe down well. Yes, some crumbs get caught in certain parts of the construction but it wipes right out. I prefer the low backs as my dining table floats in my room. These chairs are like a dining room version of a club or game table chair, which is perfect for our home. These chairs make sitting around the table a pleasure. Comfortable for dining, the long conversation that may continue at the table when guests are over, and sitting for long periods to play games. There's enough room in the seat to adjust your position for those long sits and the cushion is just enough to pad but offer support. And bonus, they are really attractive with a pretty color. well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty..
