So far so good, I ordered a split king…2 XL twin beds. As a twin they are heavy and awkward (I imagine even more so for a queen or regular king) I recommend 2 people install. I am surprised but I like the massaging feature especially the legs only option. Remote Controls are a little confusing at first but great features available. Very sturdy and easy to install only one set of legs but thankfully they are the perfect height for my bed frame. My husband’s side does not elevate as far as mine that is why I am giving it four stars. I have messaged the manufacturer for troubleshooting tips and will update this if they respond.. Heidi. US.
