I've been very impressed with the FOTILE 30" Slant Vent range hood. It’s extremely efficient at removing smoke and cooking odors, much more powerful than standard models. Great range but am worried about what I consider a “design flaw.” At the very back part of the cooktop are many rectangular cutouts for steam to come out when the oven is on. The no-preheat air frying feature is a huge time saver, and the two larger front burners make cooking with bigger pots and pans incredibly convenient. It feels thoughtfully designed for people who cook often. One of my favorite features is the bread proofing mode — it works amazingly well for fermentation and even yogurt making. That said, I do wish the oven light had an auto shut-off timer after a few minutes, as that would have been a helpful addition. I also have used heavy cast iron pans and hexclad cookware on this stove and they have not made a scratch on the glass this shows the stovetop is pretty scratch resistant and be that way for a long time..
