Pretty straight forward and easy to install. My husband (who isn't too handy) was able to do it himself. It is very heavy so two people may be needed since it's 110lbs. The gold matches my daughter bathroom and it looks beautiful. The back is shorter than our last one but it's good since my four year old is able to teach the buttons by herself. The lid is soft closing so no more slamming of the cover. Feels great and looks just as clean and sleek. This one-piece toilet is designed with Universal Height, allowing for a more comfortable seated position across a wide range of users. This version of the Redington offers TOTO T40 WASHLET+ and Auto Flush compatibility for when you are ready to upgrade to a hands-free flush system with electronic bidet seat. WASHLET+ toilets feature an opening on the bowl surface to help conceal your WASHLET+ supply line and power cord creating a seamless integration. The Redington comes ready for install into a 12" rough-in, but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter.
