Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. It might seem silly to review a toilet paper holder but, this is so solid and such a cool design. Who isn't driven crazy by a holder that drops the roll or doesn't roll smoothly? This one does not! It's so solid that the roll WILL NOT roll off because of its ingenious yet stylish design to swing just the bar up, change the roll and then swing it down again until it easily clicks in. Moved into a new place and realized the single towel bar (one in each bathroom) wasn't going to be enough for us or for our guests, so we replaced them with these double towel bars. It was an easy replacement in place of the single towel bars. Although we couldn't exactly match the other fixtures, we picked this double towel bar in oil-rubbed bronze color to match the colors of the fixtures. They look great and are working out well.. This whole line is beautiful and quality. One caveat...on the towel bars, the bar itself rolls around and placing the end pieces as close as possible on the wall, ie to 'squeeze' the bar, does not keep it from spinning around. We are planning to put some silicone or putty type material inside where bar end enters into the wall mount to keep it from spinning. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
