Made from synthetic ceramic whetstone, this Japanese sharpening stone #1000 grit allows you to change the angle of the edge of the blade as well as repair it. The stone sharpens to your desired sharpness as well as creates a long-lasting sharpness through minimal work. It is safe to use on all knives except ceramic.

This 1,000 grit whetstone is a medium grit. You can use oil or water, no need to soak (It’s made from a synthetic material) you can just sprinkle on the oil or water and start sharpening.
