I purchased this to replace a pre-existing delta shower handle and my only complaint is that the handle in the off setting falls in between the hot and cold water symbols, as opposed to pointing towards 6 o’clock when the water is off. My plumbers told me that that is a Delta limitation as opposed to this faucet limitation So when you turn the water on, it goes all the way to approximately 11 o’clock in past the hot water symbol, which is approximately at 3 o’clock. I’m surprised this product doesn’t have higher ratings. The color is darker than the product listing photo but still a beautiful and great piece. It’s extremely comfortable and the bonus is being able to modify the configuration of the modular pieces. I planned to remove the armrest because it would have been too large for our living room with it installed otherwise and it turned out perfect. The modular pieces can be a little tricky to hook together but it’s doable & easier with two people.
