Beautiful fridge that keeps drinks perfectly cold. I love the white gold design — it looks very elegant and adds a nice touch to the space. The size is great and it holds plenty of beverages. The only downside is that the interior light turns off when the door is closed, and there doesn’t appear to be a way to keep the light on for display. It would be nice if there were an option to leave the light on so you could see the drinks through the glass door. The one thing I hope they’ll change on future models. I gave this order 2 star because the order was cancelled without notifying me. I called customer service and they told me the item was cancelled because the company didn’t deliver to Canada. Customer service said they would try reordering. I did finally received the item but it was a substitute. The log grate was several inches smaller and the bottom mess designed to hole the charcoal was missing. I called customer service to informed them that I had received the wrong item. They said the other item is not available but they can order the bottom part separately. It’s been several months since I made the original order and I’m still waiting for the bottom part to arrive. Wayfair sent me a $10 gift card for future purchases which will expire in February. I didn’t really care about the small compensation, I would have preferred getting the original order which was worth over $100.00 more than the substitute. The range hood came well packaged and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. As we were missing a few inches to the ceiling with the included chimney component, we ordered the longer version directly from the manufacturer. Including a picture of the range hood after install, and a second picture after painting. Our only issue with the product is that it “whistles” at its lower speeds and due to slightly inconsistent suction, the metal grills were vibrating against the lower horizontal frame.
