The range hood came well packaged and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. As we were missing a few inches to the ceiling with the included chimney component, we ordered the longer version directly from the manufacturer. Including a picture of the range hood after install, and a second picture after painting. Our only issue with the product is that it “whistles” at its lower speeds and due to slightly inconsistent suction, the metal grills were vibrating against the lower horizontal frame. I love in a craftsman bungalow (read: old!), and my kitchen is still a work in progress as I slowly figure out how to modernize it. The previous knobs were silver and not particularly pretty, but finding alternative backplates the same size as the old hardware proved to be an exercise in futility...until I found these!
