This chair is very comfortable with the pad on and seems durable. It seems well-built and I like the sturdy look of it. The pad cover is soft and the color is the perfect shade of gray. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the stitching on the pad cover is a little ratty and messy. Also you have to take ALL of the individual down pods out instead of just unzipping around the entire pad, as each section of the pad cover is filled with cotton/artificial down and stitched individually. Third year with these, still functional, still comfortable. What other reviewers said about fading is correct. I got the bright blue and black ones, and they faded right away to a light blue and grey color, except on the back and under the pillow. In summer they are set up in a place where they get direct sun about 4 hours/day. I figure they'll be less likely to be stolen now, and they are still very comfortable to sit in. Opened only an hour ago but so far happy (other then the cons listed below) that I went with this chair. Pros It is sturdy, the chair seems to have been made with high quality materials and it’s incredibly comfortable! I have already made up my mind to bring it inside when not in use because it will work as an extra comfortable place to sit. My sons on the bigger side and has back issues- this will be heavenly to him! The base is thick and sturdy. The cording used also seems like nice quality. Cons The cushion (which I paid a higher price for) is not high quality at all. It is poorly made, stitching visible- I’m sure it won’t last especially if washed. The other Con (also what I paid a higher price for was the side table- honestly this doesn’t even sit level and is completely pointless. The chair itself is nice and the cushion is nice but the heated controls are a little delicate and they are put to the back of the armrest where you can’t see them. Exactly as I expected by the description on the website. I need this type of chair for my back and this exceeded my expectations. I love the cup holders and the foot padding, but wait the icing on the cake was the eye mask and ear plugs….genius idea! I so glad I bought these and the price couldn’t be beat for this type of patio recliner!! I love it, opened right out of the box and the cushions are perfect. Some people say they are too thin, I don’t think so at all! I love Wayfair for all of my home needs! I’m a super happy camper and also they are super light and easy to fold up!
