Beautiful tile and beautiful detailing. Giving 4 out of 5 stars because it chipped in a couple spots upon install. Possibly just the contractor’s fault. I will say the color of grout makes a huge difference in the feel for this tile. I originally had Mapei grout, color grey. The installers didn’t mix the grout correctly and it came out blotchy and bleached out in places. I did a grout refresh on it to fix that issue and went darker with the grout, did Mapei grout refresh color black. Wow, looks so much better IMO! Chair was described as “faux leather” but is a lovely very fine brushed fabric otherwise the online photos were true to life including color. Order arrived undamaged and all parts were in the box. Beware! The quality of the table and chairs is very sturdy…HOWEVER, whatever warehouse this set came from clearly has a humidity problem because there was white fuzzy mold growing all over the underside of the chairs upon opening the box. Reached out to customer service and they would not issue me a refund. They only offered a replacement which I did not want to do knowing the replacement would likely come from the same warehouse. Longo Black 4”x12 Marble Look Porcelain Tiles by Qube Tiles are gorgeous. I love the design and quality of these tiles. The delivery was spot on and well packaged It came wrapped in several layers of bubble and Saran wrap with styrofoam in the box. Took a while and some effort to open but not one tile was damaged. The actual box with the tiles is another story. Must be careful when opening the box it actually fell apart and some of the tiles fell on my foot.
