The range hood came well packaged and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. As we were missing a few inches to the ceiling with the included chimney component, we ordered the longer version directly from the manufacturer. Including a picture of the range hood after install, and a second picture after painting. Our only issue with the product is that it “whistles” at its lower speeds and due to slightly inconsistent suction, the metal grills were vibrating against the lower horizontal frame. This wine fridge works great! I like that there are the light color choices. The wood shelves are nice. I prefer them over wire or metal racks. My one issue that I knew before I ordered is that it doesnt have full extension shelves. That makes it hard to see the bottles on the back half of the shelf. The unit was installed in our new home in January 2026. We like the layout of the inside of the unit, and the fact that there are 3 loading racks. The unit is quiet. We are a little disappointed with the stainless-steel outside panel as it is hard to remove streaks and fingerprints. Our Z-Line refrigerator, stove, and microwave don't have that problem..
