We made the switch to stainless steel pots and pans and we have been very happy with our purchase! I was anxious to make the switch from non stick because I wasn’t sure how cleaning would go but these have been very easy to clean! Loving this pan so far. Have used for 3 months and it has kept the non stick well. It is heavier but I like that it is aluminum free and ceramic for better food safety from toxic chemicals in other non stick. Cooks nice and evenly as well. The small size was smaller than I had thought. The large was way larger. I should have read the information better but got confused on the site as to what I ordered . First I thought I was ordering a small, medium and a large not 2 small and a large. The sizes ended up being not all that useful to me. I did get a medium as a gift and that was way more usable.
