I have downsized to very few pans and this one is a great smaller choice. Heavy, but not too heavy to handle easily, nice even heat, takes 4 cups of liquid in the narrow base part neatly and then won’t over boil with the wider top but takes additions or stirring easily. Loving this pan so far. Have used for 3 months and it has kept the non stick well. It is heavier but I like that it is aluminum free and ceramic for better food safety from toxic chemicals in other non stick. Cooks nice and evenly as well.
