Great upgrade from a standard toilette . Built in bidet is perfect solution since we did not have space for a separate European style bidet . Arrived quickly, no visible damage to box or item- it was packaged securely and very nicely. It is good quality definitely would recommend a plumber to install with the additional functioning components that it has would certainly recommend a plumber.
