I ordered two of these stools. The box was quite large, but the packaging was amazing! You will want to curse at the company as you unwrap styrofoam and plastic, however, they did an amazing job of protecting both the seats and the bases. Really impressed! Putting these together was a bit harder than it should have been - mostly because the screws are short and it is very difficult to catch the thread. I thought about getting longer screws but persevered and they do work. Might help to screw them in without the washer first - to figure out placement - then try. Once you get one in on each side it is easier - but t can take some time. Other than that it was very easy!! These look gorgeous and they truly are just what I was looking for. Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. Unfortunately, these lights don’t work in my house. They are made for new construction and in order to make them work in an older house. You have to retrofit the light fixture, which would cost more money than it’s worth. They are not made to go right into an existing light fixture. You will need to order the springs from the company for them to work unless you have newer construction they won’t work. That being said, they seem like good quality.
