Meh. It’s ok I guess. Pretty flimsy in comparison to the Miele that I’m replacing. I had very specific measurements for the chimney size, exhaust venting and style that would work so I guess beggars can’t be choosers but it’s not really what I would consider to be high end or even mid quality. Just cheaply made in my opinion. It’s held on with 2 x 1.25” 6 wood screws and my wife can lift it up by herself. The Miele we took down was a beast and solid like a piece of granite. This thing I can bend with my bare hands. Also the packaging is pretty lame. When it arrived the styrofoam was broken and there was a big dent on the back I had to hammer out (won’t ever see it). You ask for a return call know one calls you back. I finally got thru after being on hold for 7 hours. Unbelievable!!! I finally got a technician to call me to ask me , what’s wrong with it”? I told him the message that’s blinking on the hood screen and he asks , so do you need parts ? What ?! How am I supposed to know. Oh my goodness. That’s why I’m calling him, to figure this out. Honestly save your money and your time. I will never purchase from wayfair again. I will update this review, the very helpful technician that is asking me if I need parts is suppose to come to my home tomorrow, therefore I need to miss work to wait for him. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty.
