The range hood came well packaged and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. As we were missing a few inches to the ceiling with the included chimney component, we ordered the longer version directly from the manufacturer. Including a picture of the range hood after install, and a second picture after painting. Our only issue with the product is that it “whistles” at its lower speeds and due to slightly inconsistent suction, the metal grills were vibrating against the lower horizontal frame. I was very disappointed in this product. I was expecting a WHITE and copper hood. There is NO white on it. You might think the chimney is white at first but that is just the protective plastic layer that peels off. It is stainless steel/silver and copper. The handle was the only place I was expecting stainless steel, but it is the trim piece and the chimney as well. I have white cabinets and was wanting a look like what the pictures show but that is NOT what you will get. It looks nothing like the pictures as all of them show white. The unit itself is nice. A couple of issues is that the description is incorrect. The company confirmed that this unit is NOT 700 CFM but 400. After multiple attempts and communications between Wayfair and the company we decided to keep the unit. So far is working great. Keep in mind that this is not a fingerprint free stainless steel so during the installation it might be a good idea to wear gloves. We had to work a lot to remove our fingerprints from the unit. … The unit looks and function 5 stars, The stainless steel not fingerprint resistant 4 stars The incorrect description from Wayfair 1 star. This hood is quiet, has four exhaust settings, a timer and two adjustable led lights. We needed it to vent out the wall and it was an easy job for our contractor. We have never purchased this brand but are impressed with the exhaust options and styles they offered.
