The range hood came well packaged and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. As we were missing a few inches to the ceiling with the included chimney component, we ordered the longer version directly from the manufacturer. Including a picture of the range hood after install, and a second picture after painting. Our only issue with the product is that it “whistles” at its lower speeds and due to slightly inconsistent suction, the metal grills were vibrating against the lower horizontal frame. They had a similar model for same price but that one had 2 lights and the buttons below the glass. This has 4 lights which provides just the right amount of bright light and has the buttons above the glass to keep clean. Fan action works fine, not quit but not loud in my opinion. Sleek and a eye catcher. Has great ventilation pull and has several levels of suction. My only complaints are...the fan is a bit loud and my front panel only lights up once you press on the light or vent fan icons. It's extremely hard to see the number on and light icon on the solid black touch panel. It should have a back light. Could be the installer missed connecting a wire for the back light. We bought this in August of '21 and love it. It's a sleek design and the fan works great. If I would change anything, I would have four lights instead of two to distribute the light better.
