We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. The hand shower wand offers a total spray and push button pause mode for a non positive shutoff. Both the showerhead and wand are equipped with EverFlow rubber spray nozzles, which are non corrosive and easy to clean. The system includes a 30 inch hand shower slide bar with a 60 inch flexible metal hose and has a low flow rate of 1.5 GPM (5.7 L/min). Please note that an S16 or S26 series Symmons Temptrol valve (not included) is required for operation. The product comes with a Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty and a 10 Year Limited Commercial Warranty.
